“Paint the Town Red” theme: We're rolling out the red carpet for our employees, as we gear up for Hollywood and Beyond! This Awards Weekend, you'll feel fully immersed in BAYADA history and culture in the city where it all began—Philadelphia. Our ‘red takeover’ will provide a warm welcome and experience for attendees, leaving a lasting imprint on all those who Paint the Town Red with us. Together, we're proudly united in our shared mission to help people have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.

Recognition: Recognize our most tenured employees and Excellence Award nominees throughout Recognition Runway, and continue celebrating these honorees—as well as our amazing Heroes of the Year—during Awards Weekend! Employees can stay tuned for a link to access the Awards Weekend BAYADA Celebrates page for all things recognition.

Divisional Luncheons: Divisional Luncheon groupings and associated banquet rooms will be sent to all division directors for planning purposes following the close of registration. More about preparing for Divisional Luncheons will be forthcoming.

General Session: The highlight of Awards Weekend for many is the General Session, led by CEO David Baiada. Watch in awe as your colleagues are honored for their meaningful years of service, celebrate our honored Heroes of the Year and Excellence in Leadership award recipients, and more! Get your tissues ready!

Dinner and Dance

Saturday afternoon, we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing employees during the General Session. After dinner, employees who RSVPed to attend are invited to revel in the afterglow as we come together to have fun, unwind, and dance the night away with live music and refreshments. Help Paint the Town Red again this year by wearing red from head to toe or keeping it simple with a red tie or bow. Whether you purchase something new or decide to showcase your favorite outfit, we encourage you to dress to impress in business casual or cocktail attire. Want to wear a different color? Then consider adding a splash of red with a hair clip, ribbon, nail polish, tie, or hat. While including red is certainly not required, we hope that you’ll embrace the creative spirit of the evening and have fun with it.

Dress Code

One of the most frequent Awards Weekend questions is about what to wear. Business casual is expected during the All Directors meetings.

The Divisional Luncheon Captain representing your division will communicate details about your luncheon’s theme. While you and your teams are encouraged to dress in theme and have fun, please be mindful of choosing attire, costumes, and props that are not perceived as inappropriate or culturally insensitive.

With only an hour between the Divisional Luncheons and General Session, employees typically arrive still in costume or in business attire.

Business casual attire includes the following:

  • Blouse or sweater
  • Collared button-down shirt
  • Pullover sweaters and half-zip pullover sweaters with a collar and collared shirt
  • Tie optional
  • Dresses
  • Slacks or business casual pants (khakis are acceptable)
  • A sport coat is preferred but not required
