Yes. Please RSVP “No” by clicking here so we can update our records accordingly. Awards Weekend is an investment in office employee morale and sense of belonging. Understanding why employees choose not to attend can help us better understand how we can foster a culture where employees feel valued by and connected to their teams and BAYADA.

If you need to extend your stay, please plan to reimburse your office. Please work with your director to determine an action plan for this reimbursement.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need a late check-out, you may make this request when you check-in. Please note, the availability for late check-out is dependent on the hotel’s occupancy and internal policies.

All events are for registered attendees only.

Average daytime temperatures in Philadelphia in the spring range from around 60-70 degrees with the possibility of even warmer weather. We cannot guarantee temperature settings during Awards Weekend events, but we will always do our best to make our attendees comfortable. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater as meeting room temperatures vary and an umbrella in case of rain.

The majority of the weekend meals offered during events will be buffet style to accommodate more dietary preferences and restrictions. If any plated meals are planned, a notification will be pushed out to all registrants asking for your selection. Stay tuned!

Each hotel has different parking options available. Please view your assigned hotel’s website to see their parking availability and recommendations. In addition to the hotel parking options, there are many parking garages and lots in downtown Philadelphia. For your convenience, we recommend downloading the “Best Parking” app. This will be a useful tool if you prefer to utilize a garage during Awards Weekend.

The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. Here are the COVID-19 guidelines we have in place for Awards Weekend:

  • COVID-19 tests will be available for anyone who needs them. Please refer to BAYADA's Return to Work Guidelines for more information about when testing is required.
  • Wearing a surgical mask is not required. As always, BAYADA respects the individual choice of anyone who would like to wear a mask for added protection. Surgical masks will be available at Awards Weekend.
  • Any attendee who experiences a symptom of COVID-19 while at Awards Weekend should leave/isolate immediately.
  • Please refer to CDC's travel guidelines for any questions regarding COVID-19 and travel.

As best practice, remember to follow these infection prevention basics to help keep yourself and others healthy:

  • Wash/sanitize your hands often.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Don’t attend Awards Weekend events if you feel sick.

BAYADA's Infection Prevention team can be reached at COVID-19-Info@bayada.com to support any COVID-19 situations or questions.

Our goal is to group all Divisional Luncheons by their Specialty Practice, then region, and so on. All attendee data is pulled from Workday, and we depend on the accuracy of this data to pair groups accordingly. Please note, due to the size of the meeting rooms in our contract, some groups do need to be split up. If you have any questions about this, please email awardsweekend@bayada.com.

We will be releasing Divisional Luncheon assignments as soon as possible after registration closes on March 8th. At the very latest, you should have your assignments by the end of March.

Hotel assignments will be released in early April.

No. Symphony meetings in March, June, and September have replaced division director meetings.
